Trovelode Invest provides AI-assisted cash flow analysis, risk-adaptive recommendations, and related reporting tools intended to support small and medium businesses in understanding and managing their financial position. The Service is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Any decisions made based on outputs from the Service are made at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Trovelode Invest promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trovelode Invest, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Trovelode Invest in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time in accordance with the cancellation process described in your account settings or by contacting us. Trovelode Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service, other users, or Trovelode Invest itself.
